Led by Dr. Shakina J. Murphy, an experienced educator and certified CBT facilitator with over 15 years in mental health programming, these sessions blend compassionate group support with evidence-based resilience tools.

Whether you’re facing the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or another life transition, you’ll find understanding, community, and hope.
